Rolly's Tavern on the Square opened June 8, 2005, by its owners Wendy Meninno Hayes and Rolly Hayes. Wendy runs the front of the house and Rolly runs the kitchen and brings with him Five Star restaurant experience from Minnesota to Maine. Thanks to many loyal customers, Rolly’s is now in their seventh year and still growing despite the poor economic climate.
